Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Tickets
- 7+ days before the event: Full refund.
- 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or a credit toward a future event.
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing us before the event.
If we cancel an event (for example, due to weather), you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session - your choice.
Memberships
- Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial sign-up and have not used any membership benefits, you may request a full refund.
Merchandise & Products
- If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Shipping costs for returns due to buyer's remorse are the customer's responsibility.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
